About Pedro
Pedro is a partner in the Dispute Resolution practice and has 25 years' experience. Throughout his career, he has worked as a lawyer, arbitrator and judge, and focuses on corporate litigation, arbitration and corporate restructuring.
He has expertise in international arbitration and cross-border disputes and is recognised for his work in corporate control disputes and distressed M&A. Pedro's clients include private equity firms, financial institutions, other investors and lenders, and large companies.
Pedro is also an associate professor at NOVA School of Law. He holds a PhD in corporate law and has published books and articles on corporate governance, D&O liability, corporate litigation and restructuring.
